74HC540D Octal buffer/line driver; 3-state; inverting

The 74HC540 is an octal inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. The 3-state outputs are controlled by the output enable inputs ¬OE1 and ¬OE2. A HIGH on ¬OEn causes the outputs to assume a high impedance OFF-state.
