XPC Silicon Pressure Sensors

The XPC/XPCL and Series sensors integrate silicon micro-machined sensing technology, temperature compensation, and calibration in a complete low-cost package. Designed for use with non-corrosive nonionic pressure media although they can accommodate many gases that are used in medical applications.

• Constant voltage excitation
• Typical applications: Medical and applications requiring small size, vacuum and positive pressure
• Operating temperature range -25 to 85°C

Differential common mode pressure should not exceed 50 psi.
